January 17, 2018- January 31, 2019

If you checked out my last post, you know that this “60 Day Challenge” has been modified to be more like a 150 day challenge.

For those of you who missed it, here’s basically what went down – I got off to a REAL slow start.  Didn’t lose a damn bit of weight the first few weeks.  And because of that slow start, hitting the goal I set in the timeframe I set for it just isn’t feasible.

In light of this, I’ve decided that, rather than cut from 156 pound 146 pounds, take a break, and then cut to 140ish pounds, that I’m just going to power straight through – a process which will likely take me until April.

Having said that, I’m still acting like I’m on my original 60 Day Challenge, and I’m still trying to get to my goal of 146 by the time 60 days is up…I just recognize that it probably won’t happen.

Here’s the good news – the last 2 weeks were KILLER.  I was able to shed a little over 3 pounds (1.5 kg).  Which for a smaller guy like me who’s sitting around the 150 pound mark is awesome.

What’s even better is a.) I’m not suffering, and b.) I’m super motivated.  The not suffering part I attribute to the quality of the food I’m eating (honestly, I’m eating healthier now than at any point in my life).

The motivation is coming from the fact that, with each passing week, I’m looking better and better.  My stomach’s getting smaller, my face is getting leaner, and I’m getting all the little lines and veins that I remember having the first time I got down to this weight.
